UR

UR - Stephen King I considered a 2, but the only time I've rated something that badly was when I felt actively bored and it was an effort to keep reading. This wasn't that; I found it perfectly serviceable King, but nothing special, and this time next year I don't imagine reading it will have left much of an impression.

That said; plausible characters, reasonable actions/reactions, evocative description, and interesting story albeit without a specifically new idea. :)
